Once the purchase is completed, the order processing time can vary from 2 to 10 working days (Monday-Friday), as stated in our general terms and conditions. At the end of the processing process your order will be entrusted to the express courier and delivered within 1-2 days on the national territory and 2-5 days on the international territory.
You can‘t cancel your order on archivintage.com. You can start the return procedure within 14 days from the date you received the order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unwanted items within 14 days from the day you received the order.
The returned product must be perfect, complete with all tags.
Once your return has been received, the possible options will be the following:
- Receive a Store Credit on your ArchiVintage account equal to the amount paid for the returned product.
-Receive an economic refund on the payment method used, excluding shipping costs.
It is possible to buy on archivintage.com both as a registered user, after logging into the site, and as a guest user.
If you are registered, remember to log in before completing the process.
If you purchase as a guest user you will not be able to view the status of the order in the dedicated section but you will only receive e-mails relating to the various updates.
