  • How long does it take to get my order?
    Once the purchase is completed, the order processing time can vary from 2 to 10 working days (Monday-Friday), as stated in our general terms and conditions. At the end of the processing process your order will be entrusted to the express courier and delivered within 1-2 days on the national territory and 2-5 days on the international territory.
  • Can there be a risk of receiving the damaged package? What kind of packaging do you use to ship the products?
    All our shipments are carefully prepared and packed by dedicated staff with high impact resistant cartons and packaging, precisely to minimize the impact of possible damage by third parties (eg. couriers).
  • Do I have to pay customs duties?
    For all orders placed within the European Union, no. For orders placed outside the European Union (United States, Canada, Asia, Switzerland, UK), custom duties will be calculated based on the value of the product and will be collected upon delivery of the order by the courier in charge.
  • What is the cost of shipping?
    The method and cost of shipping vary depending on the selected shipping country. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout page, when you fill in your address.
  • Can I track the shipment status of my order?
    Once the order processing is completed, we entrust the package to the courier for shipment and you will receive a confirmation email from both us and the courier in charge. In which you will be provided with the tracking information to monitor its status.
  • What are the payment methods available?

  • Are the items sold on Archivintage.com authentic?
    All products in the ArchiVintage catalog are 100% vintage and authentic.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    You can‘t cancel your order on archivintage.com. You can start the return procedure within 14 days from the date you received the order.
  • Can I return an item on Archivintage?
    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unwanted items within 14 days from the day you received the order. The returned product must be perfect, complete with all tags. Once your return has been received, the possible options will be the following: - Receive a Store Credit on your ArchiVintage account equal to the amount paid for the returned product. -Receive an economic refund on the payment method used, excluding shipping costs.
  • Can I purchase something on Archivintage.com even without having created an account?
    It is possible to buy on archivintage.com both as a registered user, after logging into the site, and as a guest user. If you are registered, remember to log in before completing the process. If you purchase as a guest user you will not be able to view the status of the order in the dedicated section but you will only receive e-mails relating to the various updates.
