ORDERS AND SHIPPING

SHIPMENTS

ArchiVintage ships to over 200 countries around the world via UPS or SDA express couriers. Order processing times can vary from 1-2 working days.

TRACEABILITY

When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive an e-mail notification from ArchiVintage which provides the waybill number relating to the order and a link where they can view the progress of the package. 

SHIPPING COST

National shipping cost is €10, while the International shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout. 

The rates are calculated based on the total weight of the shipment and the destination location, in order to have a clear picture of any costs we recommend simulating the purchase through our website - it will in no way be binding on the final purchase.

DUTY / TAX

The agreements made between the European an says: "The exported the US/Canadian government are exempt from customs duties, no extra taxes will be applied on purchases within a certain price range:

- USA: Duty free orders between $200 and $800 (shipping costs included). The law article says: "(Sec. 601). The general de minimis aggregate fair retail value in the country of shipment of duty-free articles imported by one person on one day increases from $200 to $800".
-CANADA: Duty free orders between $100 and $6.000 (shipping costs included). The law article says: "The exporter of the goods covered by this document declares that, unless otherwise indicated, the goods are of preferential italian/EU origin".

NOTE: These are articles of law that we report in our guidelines, we are not responsible in any case for incorrect calculations or for non-application of the aforementioned rules by the customs offices - any complaints cannot be addressed to us but directly to the companies in charge of collection of the burden.

ArchiVintage processes and ships purchases from warehouses in Rome (Italy). For all shipments to destinations outside the European Community, there may be extra customs costs. The costs will be calculated by the body in charge and collected by the courier in charge - ArchiVintage is not responsible in any way for these costs. In the event of a return from outside of EU - in the event that customs taxes are applied for the new importation of the goods - the cost will be borne by ArchiVintage and then subsequently deducted from the customer's financial reimbursement.

RETURN AND REFUND

ArchiVintage offers a return service on all products in the catalog which can be activated within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. 

The return service when applicable can be activated by sending an email to archivintageroma46@gmail.com requesting the return activation code.
You only need to follow the procedure indicated in the papers received with the order. ArchiVintage must receive the return at its warehouses within 7 days by requesting the authorization code.
Return costs and charges will be borne by the customer, who will receive, within 10 working days, a confirmation email and the economic refund or the store credit, depending on the preferences expressed in the return form. The store credit will be available at the check out among the payment methods, it does not have an expiration date and can be used entirely or in part for multiple purchases. In the event that the customer chooses the store credit option for his return, it cannot be - once generated - converted into an economic refund.
An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal will be the substantial integrity of the product to be returned. However, it is sufficient that the goods are returned in perfect condition, as they are kept and possibly handled with the use of normal diligence - any costs for restoring the product may be charged to the customer.
In particular, the goods must be returned:

 

  • Properly packed in their original packaging, in perfect condition and shipped with double box if sneakers (not damaged or soiled) and equipped with all accessories and documentation;

  • Equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging) and with the return form filled out, in order to allow ArchiVintage to identify the Purchaser (Order number, name, surname and address)

  • Without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article - such as trying a shoe on a clean carpet or floor. That is, they must not bear any trace of

  • ged use (over a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state as not to allow resale.

  • ArchiVintage warranty seals, where present, must not be removed or tampered with.

  • ArchiVintage reserves the right to apply penalties up to 100% of the value on the product for non-compliant items returned, therefore with signs of use - or without warranty tags still attached to the product or for missing extra accessories.

When the purchase is made in B2B the return service by refund will not be possible and the sale will be considered final.
